8. Assumption of Risk and Waiver

YOU ATTEND AND PARTICIPATE IN ALL TRAINING SESSIONS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Physical exercise and training activities involve inherent and significant risks including, but not limited to, muscle strains, joint injuries, cardiovascular stress, and in rare cases, serious injury or death. By participating in our training programs, you:

• Acknowledge and accept all risks associated with physical training
• Agree that you are voluntarily participating
• Confirm you are physically capable of participation
• Agree to follow all safety instructions and trainer guidance
• Will immediately stop and report any pain or unusual symptoms

By attending or participating in any training session or class, you waive, to the maximum extent permitted by law, any and all claims against Top Tier Training Camp PSL, its owners, trainers, employees, and representatives for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from your participation in our training programs, except for claims arising from our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

9. Facility Rules

You agree to:

• Treat trainers, staff, and clients with respect
• Maintain appropriate hygiene and wear proper workout attire
• Clean equipment after use
• Follow all facility rules and trainer instructions
• Not use our facility while under the influence of alcohol or drugs

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate membership for rule violations.

10. Privacy

To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, Top Tier Training Camp PSL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the three months preceding any claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our gross negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Florida law.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Top Tier Training Camp PSL from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or your negligence or misconduct.

17. Medical Emergencies

In a medical emergency, we will immediately contact 911, use your emergency contact information on file, and cooperate with emergency personnel. You authorize us to seek emergency medical care on your behalf if necessary.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of St. Lucie County, Florida.
